Once signed up, in the back office, choose Menu, Shopping Cart, and buy Hourglass.

Step 7:

Note: Make sure the payment information you use matches EXACTLY the first and last name on the account including the address information. If you get a declined message for any reason, simply call your bank, authorize the transaction amount and company name, then put it through.
